You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last
goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Weingut Christian
Reiterer, Lamberg 11, A-8551 Wies, e-mail: info@weingut-reiterer.com,
phone: +43(0)3465/3950) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a
letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to
withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice
of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have
received from you, including delivery costs (except for
the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery
other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by
us), without undue delay and at the latest within
fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of
your withdrawal from this contract. For this
refund, we will use the same means of payment you used for the
original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you;
in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back
or until you have provided proof that you have
returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case
at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this
contract. The
deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day
period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if
this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, characteristics and function.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for the supply of
goods that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly
tailored to personal needs, or that are not suitable for return due to
their nature, or that can spoil quickly, or whose expiry date
would be exceeded.

General notes

Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return
the goods to us, if possible, in their original packaging with all accessories
and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit.
