Stylistically, the focus is on freshness, fruit and easy drinkability - wines that put you in a good mood without a heavy head. Alongside these, exquisite single-vineyard wines are also vinified in small batches, some of which mature and ferment in oak barrels - the winemaker's playground, which repeatedly produces exciting results.
